Leonard is one of my best workers, he is in charge of tuning the vehicles with pieces and colors, sometimes he is a little crazy with the things that can put him to a vehicle.
He proposed to me to do a project to tuning his bike, he is my favorite worker to leave him.

In my opinion I dont like to tuning a bike but I like that my workers are happy and if this makes you happy, it makes a good idea for the business.
